Borderlands 2 - How to get to the chest behind the cell bars in the Bloodshot Stronghold map

One of my most frustrating moments so far in Borderlands 2 has been trying to get at the chests that are behind cell bars and electric fences. These are found in numerous locations on various maps. The map where I was able to figure out the secret was "Bloodshot Stronghold." About three quarters of the way around the map, which is a rectangular circle, you will come to a room with multiple jail cells containing trunks of weapons and rusty water pipes running overhead. In this room there is a ladder. Crawl up the ladder to the second floor catwalk. Locate the rusty pipes and jump over the railing onto them. You will run about 20 feet to where the pipes disappear under a catwalk and you will have to jump the railing back onto the catwalk, facing a wall. Go left following the catwalk into a control room. There is a Dahl controller machine in this room with multiple levers to activate. Click to turn all of the red lights to green. This will open all the doors in the main room on the first floor.
